What happened to iPharm Solutions?

iPharm Solutions was established in 2007, our first release was PharmacyCareer.co.uk which was a dedicated job board.

We built successful relationships with large pharmacy chains whom requested actual recruitment services, we then swiftly pioneered the first flat fee recruitment service within the pharmacy industry which disrupted extortionate fees charged by agencies.

Our first client Rowlands pharmacy quickly offered us preferred supplier status and the rest of the leading chains followed.

In 2010 we grew even more and naturally our clients requested us to offer locum services in the uk, ireland, middle east and asia.

With a flurry of global clients we were a market leader up until 2019 with a technologically advanced automated booking system and exceptional quality management system, then the lockdown hit..........

In 2020 and 2021 market conditions declined due to client cost reductions, low quality locum recruits, cheaper staffing requirements, covid restrictions, low rate increases and of course market automation via mobile/web booking apps..... so we began to finalise plans to automate too.

Late 2022 saw the end of our locum operations and to adapt to market requirements we have now successfully established the world's largest job search engine for pharma based jobs.

Our next step is to utilise AI to fully automate recruitment processes and outsourcing and package our autobooking system for commercial software use.... watch this space.
