About the role

We are looking for a UK-based Compounding Pharmacist who can help advise us on starting a compounding pharmacy. This is a new role initiative within the company and could expand to a more permanent role. Once the pharmacy is established the Compounding Pharmacist will be responsible for providing custom medication services to clients, including mixing, compounding, and preparing medications.

What you'll do

Assist with logistics and equipment required for either sterile or non-sterile compounding
Take the lead on formulations, new formula development
Ability to outline guidelines, protocols, and policies and execute them in the most efficient way possible.
Adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies concerning compounding and dispensing of drugs
Ensure accuracy and safety of all compounded products

About you

5+years of experience in UK compounding preferred
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing is a must
Knowledge of compounding techniques, regulations, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Nice to haves

Completion of the Professional Sterile Pharmacy Compounding Training Course, or other Compounding courses and training.
