ADAPt Pharma provide tailor made solutions to support the demands of the NHS and healthcare professionals. We are seeking to recruit a number of experienced Senior/Chief Clinical Pharmacists to work on a variety of projects Nationally.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and professional individuals with a good clinical background. The applicant should be confident to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants will be computer literate, have excellent communication and organisation skills and must have a proven track record of working at a senior level within Medicines Optimisation either in primary or secondary care.

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Liaising and communicating with both Primary and Secondary care healthcare professionals
Liaising with key stakeholders within Hospital Pharmacies
Liaising with key stakeholders within medicines optimisation, PCN and practice teams
Advising NHS Healthcare teams on selected clinically cost-effective therapies
Helping and advising NHS teams on setting up care pathways
Formulary development activities

Job title – Medicines Optimisation Consultant

Working pattern – Full or Part time (3 days minimum) and will consider applicants still currently working within the NHS

Location – Mainly remote working from home location plus possibly some onsite meetings
