We are delighted to announce this exciting opportunity for a weekend Pharmacist to join our branch in Canford Heath

We are looking for a Pharmacist and a leader to work in a fast-paced environment, where colleagues are passionate about delivering an excellent standard of service and patient care.

You'll play a significant role in managing, supporting, encouraging, and developing a team of colleagues whilst delivering an excellent service. Your work will provide you with numerous opportunities for continued professional development, peer review and reflective learning. We are looking for a hardworking Pharmacy professional who can lead and deliver the highest quality healthcare service to our customers. You will be responsible for making sure our medicines are easily accessed, providing patient services, dispensing, and giving healthcare advice, furthermore you will lead, empower and develop your colleagues.

In addition, we are a looking for an individual who is commercially astute and planful, ensuring that our customers remain our primary focus receiving outstanding care at all times and can easily and build relationships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries and ensure payment claims are accurate for anything covered by the NHS.

You will be working with a team who will play a vital part in your success and that of the branch. This ultimately means you will provide a hands on approach to meeting their learning and development needs whilst providing support and guidance as required

You will need a Pharmacy degree, a passion for leading and empowering teams and be a member of the of GPhC.

· Our organisation structure offers direct contact with the Leadership and Management Support team to assist with the day to day running of the Pharmacy

Shift options are available for each Saturday. The pharmacy is open between 7am and 10pm. The day can be covered by one Pharmacist or a combination of two Pharmacists
