Job Description

Our client is a Japanese company who is in the distribution line for plastics products (resin), electronics, and chemicals. Presently looking for a Sales Executive to join their Medical & Healthcare products, whose main responsibility is to generate new business opportunities in the clinical diagnostics / pharmaceutical industry (Finish product formulation) and to build/maintain good customer relationships.

Your role will also require you to liaise with both Manufacturers and Customers in a timely and orderly manner.

You will be required to hold a Form A Poison License(FAPL) for the company and support a regulatory role for IVD and pharmaceuticals in ASEAN.

Reporting to: Manager/Senior General Manager

【 What you will be doing 】

Develop and expand the sales in clinical diagnostics / pharmaceutical industry (Finish product formulation)
Build/maintain good customer relationships.
Monitor and coordinate customers’ orders
Prepare monthly sales reports for the product range in-charge
Pharmacovigilance (data collection, which can be passive, active, or mandatory, and data analysis and reporting)
Liaise with both Manufacturers and Customers in a timely and orderly manner
Handling inquiries, generation quotations, price negotiation, inventory planning and budgeting
Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by an immediate superior
Requirement

【 What they are looking for 】

Degree in Pharmacy
Must be a registered pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Board
Preferably 3 years related working experience in a hospital or lab environment
Experiences in Regulatory (MD and Pharma) and GDPMDS will be preferred
Self-driven, a team worker and enjoy challenges
Able to work independently under minimal supervision
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Working Hour

8:30 ~ 17:00
