Pharmacist Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full time Pharmacist Manager (newly qualified considered) for our community pharmacy in Welling, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing independent pharmacy group with excellent supporting staff. We provide a range of clinical services, examples (NMS, EHC contraception, Flu Jab, travel vaccines, hypertension).

Responsibilities and Duties

We require a Pharmacist Manager who is proactive, highly motivated, enthusiastic and is looking for more than an average position. We seek an individual who embraces change and is able to support an existing team with new and existing business ideas. A positive attitude is vital for the position.

The role will involve developing relations with patients and multiple GP surgeries, while contributing to growing the business.

Must be able to demonstrate your ability to work well within a team and provide leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

The right candidate must have:

Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.
A willingness to learn, adapt and apply new skills.
Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
