** SERVICE ROLE, CO-SUPPORTED BY OWNER PHARMACIST**

*SALARY IS PRO-RATA* *8.5 HOUR DAY, WITH HALF HOUR LUNCH*

I am recruiting either one full-time pharmacist (42.5 hrs), or two part-time (two or three days per week) pharmacists, to help us grow our buiness by taking our enhanced NHS and private pharmacy services up to the next level.

Ideally you will be a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (PIP), or currently undergoing IP training, because this is the one important service that we want to provide. Although IP pharmacist applicants may be at an advantage, the position(s) are also open to those who are not PIP's, but remain enthusiastic about professional service provision, and can demonstrate a pathway to successful IP qualification. The maximum salary above takes into consideration those who already have IP skills, versus those who do not.

Ultimately, I will support you to achieve your career goals including IP qualification, if that is on your immediate horizon (but please note, we do not have an in-house DPP).

Futhermore, we will shortly introducing revolutionary new PMR software called PharmacyX which has reinvented the way dispensaries workflow is organised by freeing up staff-time all round, and reducing your involvement in the dispensing process to performing a mere clinical check. We are very passionate and excited about community pharmacy, and I want to invest in someone who can work with me to grow this vision, and in turn, you enjoy professionally rewarding experience yourself.

Although you will have day-to-day operational dispensary oversight, I will also be working with you intermittently in a supportive capacity, as we all strive to provide excellent patient care. You will be a patient-focussed pharmacist, and I want to inspire you to grow and develop professionally. We already provide a wide spectrum of NHS clinical services - including Covid Vaccinations, Smoking Cessation Level 3, Inhaler Review Services and Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening - as well as some private services eg drug and DNA screening, for example. Do not worry if you are not familiar with some of these - we are more than happy to train and mentor the right applicant(s). As long as you are motivated to learn and grow, I am motivated to support and develop you.
