Due to business growth, we are looking to expand our Pharmacy team.
Overview of Role
Working as part of a specialist team of c.70 Pharmacists , ACT's and Dispensers, you will undertake professional duties relating to the formulation and dispensing of compounded and non-compounded products.
Through effective management of the prescription requirements and processes you'll ensure that the operation complies with all legal requirements of prescription management and that accurate patient prescription records are maintained and available.
You'll also ensure that systems and processes for dispensing are efficient and comply with all the associated legal requirements, including General Pharmaceutical Council requirements.
You'll work closely with internal departments including Production & Aseptic Compounding , QA & QC, Supply Chain, Customer & Patient Services and Medical Information so it's essential that you enjoy working as part of a collaborative team to deliver an outstanding service to our patients and to the NHS.
Experience /Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role, you must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a clear knowledge of the legal requirements for prescription management in accordance with GPhC guidance.
