Advanced Pharmacist (Sexual Health and HIV Services)

We currently have an opportunity for you to join our Pharmacy team working in our integrated Sexual Health and HIV service at Clover Street Clinic. You will work collaboratively with the team for our east Kent service.

Have you got experience of working as a clinical pharmacist at a high level, managing a patient caseload and being part of a multidisciplinary team, liaising with outside agencies such as social services and third sector organisations such as prisons, if so then this could be the role that you are looking for.

Ideally you would have some sexual health and HIV specialty experience, however we will consider your application if you are an NMP, or be nearing completion of the prescribing qualification

Working as part of the Consultant led sexual health service you will participate in the provision of high quality clinical sexual healthcare to patients attending clinics across KCHFT. You will provide an effective and efficient clinical service, being sensitive to the needs of all patients including young people and vulnerable groups, whilst working within a small team.
