We are looking for highly motivated Community Pharmacists who have at least 2 years of community experience and genuinely love customers, are great at problem solving, energised working within a team and can fulfil their own self-development. You will also have a real passion for caring for people and be organised in how you go about your work. Adaptability, flexibility and a positive “can do” attitude a distinct advantage which will allow you to utilise your skills and abilities for the benefit of your community. You must be willing to pro-actively participate in all current and future NHS and private services ensuring unrivalled customer service and achievement of patient outcomes. You will be naturally confident, driven, motivated and have strong leadership, organisational and IT skills. Also be comfortable at managing and inspiring a team of experienced and trained colleagues as well as ensuring the training and development of colleagues new to the profession. In addition, you should have the passion, drive, experience and vision in developing the pharmacy by maximising the current portfolio of services and identifying new opportunities. You will be expected to maintain and develop excellent and long lasting relationships with local GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Very competitive salary for the right candidate depending on experience for a 40-50 hour week.
