We currently have an opportunity for you to join our award winning Pharmacy team working in our Children, Young People and Dental medicines management services.

Have you got experience of working as a clinical pharmacist at a high level, managing a patient caseload and being part of a multidisciplinary team.

In this role you will be providing highly specialised clinical pharmaceutical services for Children, Young People and Dental (CYPD) services.

The aim of our service is to work in partnership with specialist children’s community nursing service plus other health and social care providers with the overarching aim of supporting medication safety at special schools, schools and home for children and families as well as children’s nursing teams administering medicines and delivering care in the community.

You will be responsible for providing and developing comprehensive, patient orientated clinical pharmacy services for the specialist CYPD Pharmacy service. You will work closely with colleagues from children’s services and pharmacy for provision of an integrated and efficient service.
