Job Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory level, and reorder stocks from suppliers for the Club’s Pharmacy, Sub-clinic and store
Check and receive goods delivered by suppliers
Ensure stocks are stocked up in accordance with requirement and stipulated storage conditions
Conduct routine check for expiry date of stocks
Supply stocks to the Club’s clinic/hospital or other indenting departments upon request
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, create purchase orders, goods received, filing and scanning of documents
Perform routine stock take in areas of work
Maintain cleanliness of the work areas
Carry out any other tasks as assigned
Provide raceday coding duty for pre and post-race
