Forward Leeds, an
award-winning service rated outstanding by CQC, is seeking an Independent Prescriber to join our dynamic Clinical team.
Based in Leeds as an Independent Prescriber, you will play a crucial part in implementing good clinical practices and pharmacological/health interventions.
You will work alongside a highly skilled team of doctors, psychologists, nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrators, all dedicated to providing tailored support to service users in an efficient, safe, and effective way.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist who holds an Independent Prescriber qualification and has experience in delivering evidence-based treatments in Substance Misuse.
If you have RCGP Qualifications Level 1 (and 2 or willingness to work towards) and are a first-level registered general, psychiatric nurse or registered pharmacist, we want to hear from you!
In return, we offer regular clinical supervision, appraisal, and support with revalidation, generous CPD time and annual leave. Join us in Leeds and become part of our innovative and forward-thinking team, working Monday-Friday for 37 hours per week.
