Central North Leeds Primary Care Network (PCN) are
looking to expand their pharmacy team, to work at the heart of the PCN,
delivering excellent pharmacy-led services to our population. We are looking
for a highly motivated and aspirational foundation clinical pharmacist to join
our established team of pharmacists (including two senior pharmacists), a trainee
pharmacist, a pharmacy technician and a pre-registration pharmacy technician to
work closely with the multidisciplinary teams across the PCN and the wider
locality.
This role is critical in supporting the delivery
of the Primary Care Network Contract DES specifications and will help lead
improvements to maximise
safe, evidenced-based best practice to improve the quality of patient care.
Applications are welcome from pharmacists with
patient-facing experience from any sector. Newly qualified pharmacists or
pharmacists looking for a new direction are encouraged to apply. An interest in
working in general practice is essential. As a foundation PCN clinical pharmacist
you will receive fully accredited training from CPPE and will be provided with
appropriate supervision from a GP clinical supervisor and from senior
pharmacists.
