- Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice
- Delivery of safe, clinical decision making and expert care.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the multi-professional team.
- Drive innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
To be considered for this exciting role you must have
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council Independent prescribing qualification
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role
- Previous General Practice experience is desirable, however, those with no experience are encouraged to apply as full training and induction will be provided
