This post would suit an experienced pharmacist with high standards, who will strive to improve quality of care for patients during acute hospital attendance through excellent pharmaceutical care.
The successful candidate will be working alongside another highly specialist pharmacist in admissions to lead our admissions pharmacy team.
As a highly specialised pharmacist you will be responsible for the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services to these areas in conjunction with our other highly specialised pharmacist and work closely with acute medicine and emergency department service leads to ensure safe and effective medicine management practices.
Working with our senior departmental team, you will help to set standards and develop our pharmacy team to achieve their best and develop in their careers.
