Responsibilities:
- Take and compile patients' medical histories.
- Evaluate drug interactions.
- Advise patients on their prescription medication.
- Keep track of drug inventory and reorder remants when necessary.
- Maintain good communication between medical staff and pharmacists.
- Work as part of a team.
