Perrigo are looking to hire a talented and motivated Regional Business Manager to join our team. This is a diverse role offering exciting breadth of responsibilities ranging from management of the southern field sales team and a key national wholesaler servicing the pharmacy market. You will be managing our whole portfolio across branded, tertiary, and own label ranges with accountability for both customer and the wider channel P&L.
You will be part of the UK team, working for a business which is the fastest growing within OTC, with continued ambitious growth plans.-
Manage specified sales strategies and programs designed to support the functional area strategies to align with the principles and values of the organization.

Provide supervision for field sales team including hiring, training, performance management, mentoring and development.

Delivery of agreed sales and executional targets in the pharmacy channel

Manage trading relationship with a leading UK pharmacy wholesaler, delivering on key performance indicators and financial metrics.

Developing joint business plans, P&L ownership, bringing to market exciting innovation, managing forecasts and building long term relationships both internally and externally.

Evaluates, designs, develops and coordinates key projects for the pharmacy sales team, working x-functionally to create and deliver executional materials and messages to the trade

Play a key role in channel budgeting, developing stretching but reachable plans that deliver on business expectations

Supports a culture of ethics, compliance, and excellence by assessing functional area, designing, and implementing change management interventions.

Provide business leaders with information and analytics when making key sales decisions.

Build credibility and influence of the pharmacy channel within the business, being the voice of our customers internally

Our ideal candidate would be someone that has

Experience of managing people / teams (field based teams)

Consumer Goods account experience and experience in dealing with, or working for, key customers.

Experience of field selling would be beneficial

Ability to travel as required
