We here at Clarity recruitment have partnered with a pharmacy group & we are currently recruiting for Pharmacy managersacross Northern Ireland.

What you'll be doing:

Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines,
Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers,
Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence,
Maintain appropriate stock levels in the pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products,
Managing the dispensary and staff in all aspects (paperwork, rota's etc.),
Team & personal training and development for employee's & yourself,
All other duties as required to manage an efficient pharmacy,

What we require (non-negotiables):

A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in Northern Ireland,
Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of NI & relevant qualifications.

Salary would depend on your experience, but the pharmacy is open to negotiations & All applications are strictly confidential.
