The post-holder will be supported by a junior neonatal and woman's pharmacist colleague and will be working alongside our current paediatric pharmacist. You will be working as part of a well-supported team of clinical pharmacists driving the development of the clinical and operational Neonatal and woman's pharmacy service. Lead the provision and development of pharmaceutical services to all wards and departments within Neonatal and Woman's service within the Trust, including clinical, operational and supply functions. Manage the team of pharmacists and technicians providing clinical services to the neonatal & woman's service. Liaise with senior managers, clinical leads, other healthcare professionals to ensure an effective and efficient pharmacy service is provided to all wards and departments within the clinical group.

The post holder will be responsible for the production of policies, procedures, integrated care pathways, drug monographs, clinical guidelines and Patient Group Directions to assist in the smooth delivery of medicines management to the clinical group.
