Hays is working exclusively with an exciting up and coming light manufacturing business in Sheffield. We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator with ambition and the capability to take on more responsibility as the role progresses. Candidates with experience in Pharma would have a distinct advantage.
Your new role
You will deal with initial pricing, quoting and follow up of quotes right through to order processing and shipping both domestically and internationally. You will be the pivotal contact for both inside and outside stakeholders, you must have a keen eye for detail, have superb communication skills and be able to support the senior leadership in all things administrative. This will be a fast paced, hands on job due to the fact that currently this is an SME so taking ownership of every situation is crucial.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked on a CRM system have great tech skills and have worked as a Sales Order Processor previously. You need to want to succeed and be a true, flexible, team player.
